Delete Your Account
To request deletion of your account and associated data:
- Send an email to support@englishforvietnamese.com
- Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject
- Provide the email address associated with your account
Important
Account deletion will result in permanent loss of access to the website and mobile app. You will also lose your license to use any content provided through our platform.
What Gets Deleted
- Your user profile and account information
- Your login credentials and access to the platform
- Any saved preferences
What Is Retained
- Class enrollment records (required for class management)
- Attendance records (required for historical reporting)
- These records are kept for operational and compliance purposes
Processing Time
- Deletion requests processed within 30 days
